Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at higgledypiggledys@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
As our potions and spell jars are crafted in small batches, colours and materials may vary slightly from product images — this is not considered a fault.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
